Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan now has decided to step up his foot in the field of Indian cinema, and has also started to shoot for his first debut titled as Maharaja. His younger sister, Ira Khan has disclosed that her brother has started the shooting for the movie.
Now starting to take a look at her Instagram Handle, Ira shared a post where she has been seen offering a floral bouquet to Junaid. She has also expressed her feelings how happy and emotional she was for her elder brother, Junaid.
The 24-year-old Ira wrote, “This wasn’t his first play or his first show or our first play together but, today is his first day! Of shoot. And I love this picture”. For Ira, her first day of shoot was very exciting as her brother has been acting for a while also.
Ira’s intentions were sarcastic.
For Junaid’s professionalism, she believes that his professional attitude skills were not matching with the needs of his profession. She calls his professional attitude as unparalleled and embracing.
She wrote in the caption, “Junnuu! This wasn’t his first play or his first show or our first play together but … today is his first day! Of shoot. And I love this picture. He’s been acting for a few years now but its still new for me. He even acted my play so I should be over it… but I’ve been his younger sister longer than any of the other things. His professionalism is unparalleled. I’m super excited for him. Can’t wait till he blows everyone away. And irritates them a little with his properness and then I can go to set and embarrass and trouble him!”
Maharaja is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra. The Maharaj libel case of 1862 forms the basis of the movie. Junaid will be playing the lead role as a reformer and journalist named Karsandas Mulji.
Junaid has been prepping for his role for the past six months, according to a report. Over the past one month, the report has quoted a source where it has been stated that the director along with the production team have arranged for the groundwork.
